We will provide refund within the first 2(two) hours after your order has been placed.
There will be a 4.00 USD cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund as we do face a surcharge for cancellations.
Orders that have already been shipped out can NOT be cancelled.
We cannot accept returns due to hygiene concerns.
Please report any damage to your package within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please attach any relevant photos or videos of damage.
If the customer refuses a parcel upon delivery (notifies the postal driver, they no longer want it) we are not responsible for refunds or replacements. Refused parcels are disposed of at the post office, and not returned to us.
